Carbon Steel A105 Forged Cross are manufactured by Rajdhan Metal. We carry forged fittings in a variety of designs, including reducers, crosses, odd shapes, elbows, tees, and stub bends. For demanding applications, these forged fittings are useful. These goods are created in compliance with international and national standards. These items are created with advanced technology and high-quality raw materials. A diverse selection of items is available in a variety of designs and specifications to meet the demands of the client.
What is A105 Cross?
As low carbon reducers, Carbon Steel A105 Forged Cross reduce excessive weldability and machinability. Fittings with minimal carbon, manganese, and silicon content are used for non-critical compression applications such as refrigerator fittings at a constant temperature. These steel forged fittings have several unique characteristics. They are corrosion-resistant, have a solid structure, are properly constructed, have optimal performance, have high strength, require less maintenance, and so on. These carbon steel forged cross are created by modern equipment using high-quality raw materials. Heat treatment is used to achieve the desired hardness. It is additionally coated with a strong black polish and a satin finish to preserve the surface of the fitting.
Carbon forged fittings are both magnetic and non-magnetic. At higher temperatures, A105 Carbon Steel Forged Cross have strong resistance to abrasion and oxidation. It is excellent for crevice cracking and stability in pitting conditions. For uses, an ASTM carbon steel forged threaded tee is oxidation-resistant ferrite steel. A105 carbon steel forged cross is designed for use in severe chloride environments. Cu and W elements have been added. Carbon Steel Forged Cross have outstanding mechanical strength and great resistance to confined oxidation and stress oxidation cracking.
Applications of Carbon Steel A105 Forged Cross:
Carbon Steel A105 Forged Cross is used in power generation, gas processing, offshore oil drilling businesses, petrochemicals, specialised chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical equipment, chemical equipment, seawater equipment, heat exchangers, condensers, and the pulp and paper industry.
